Description:
Performing routine maintenance and repair of CNC & support equipment.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs of Grinding CNC machines and Support equipment
Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, and Mechanical repairs.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Machine Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
High level of analytical ability.
High level of problem-solving skills.
Maintenance experience with CNC grinding machines, electrical motor experience (three phase power)
Experience with hydraulics and industrial electrical.
Experience with mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with PLC’s
Ability to read ladder logic Preferred
Comfortable using computer (Microsoft office applications, CMMS)
High school diploma or GED. Preferred industrial Maintenace certification or equivalent
Experience in a CNC Machine Shop setting is a plus.
Ability to Relocate: Orchard Park, NY 14127: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Schedule:
Training shift
Monday- Thursday 6 AM- 4:30 PM for short amount of time
Permanent shift
Four 10-hour days, Sunday – Wednesday night, 4:30pm – 3:00am
Holidays
Night shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed
Pay range is hourly and based on experience-$32.00-$40.00 per hour with a $2.50 shift differential for hours works on the second shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
