Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, fabrication, and customer service, with the ability to perform various maintenance tasks in residential settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers
- Conduct facilities maintenance, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency in fabricating and installing parts
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their repair
- Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various equipment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers
- Knowledge of proper plant startup and shutdown procedures.
- Forklift & Welding experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 weekly
Schedule: Monday to Friday 4am-2:30pm
Work Location: Clarence, NY
