What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at ARCH Cutting Tools?
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for a variety of clerical duties including maintaining the department logbooks and certified programs for manufacturing. Preparing documents, entering weekly department production reports, filing and updating company records such as time entry.
Shift is M-F from 8:00am-4:30pm
Earn $20.00-$22.00 Based on experience.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Document and/or update machine programs submitted by manufacturing for various departments.
- File and Organized Departments filing system and log books.
- Document weekly production numbers submitted by the Production Supervisors and Plant Manager for record.
- After training more clerical responsibilities and/or continuous improvement projects will be assigned.
- Maintain Message Boards
Qualifications:
- High level of office computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel to record information and create simple charts to report data.
- Experience using Data Collection Software is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
