CNC Mill Setup and Operator Experienced

Summary:

Experienced CNC Mill Setup and Operator 

Medical / Dental /  Eye are available day one.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters.
• Set tools and fixtures, make offsets and compensations, modify G-code
• Calculates requirements using basic math
• Ensures the production plan is executed and met.
• Track all work in process within department, ensure all materials are identified and traceable.
• Provide assistance to employees regarding machine setup, operation, malfunctions, etc.
• Identify and communicate production issues and communicate production issues in a timely manner
• Documents actions
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
