Archadeck has been providing Charlotte homeowners with premier outdoor living spaces for over 25 years. We build outdoor living projects that include decks, screen porches, sunrooms, paver patios, gazebos, pergolas, and more.

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our field personnel and ensure exceptional project execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

· Review new projects, plan for efficient execution, and ensure quality control of drawings and material estimates.

· Proactive project manager that anticipates and addresses possible issues to ensure client expectations are met.

· Ability to manage and hold a team accountable to complete tasks on a deadline.

· Conduct job kick-offs and regularly visit sites to monitor progress and address any concerns.

· Ensure projects meet the highest standards of workmanship based on Archadeck standards.

· Conduct regular quality checks throughout construction.

· Oversee final clean-up and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.

· Take on additional duties as assigned.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in project and staff management.

· Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with homeowners.

· Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary.

· Ability to lift at least 100 pounds.

· A valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the Charlotte area up to 75% of your workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
