We are seeking a Lead Carpenter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building decks, porches and sunrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building our outdoor structures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience on our job site.
- Leading a team of junior carpenters.
- Handle a diverse range of tasks from reading plans, ordering material, planning upcoming projects, to customer communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry and remodeling.
- Friendly, positive, customer service oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work and walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven, slippery ground, capacity to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
