Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The HRIS Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS System, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements and objectives of the organization. Is knowledgeable of the ADP Enterprise V6 system. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS provider ADP. Will manage the ADP system, Performance evaluation system, Talent Acquisitions system and the organization’s exclusionary system K-checks. Handle all reports used by HR team and others in the organization. Work on all system projects. Ensure compensation programs and practices follow ArchCare policies; collective bargaining agreements; and applicable law. Advance excel skills is needed to perform the role of HRIS Analyst.
- Assesses current system and utilization: identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS system
- Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the VP HR Shared Services and other organizational leaders.
- Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions an documentation such as automated queries, filters, across, and reports.
- Work closely with the employment function to respond to personnel shortages, and recommend salary adjustments and realignments, where necessary. Recommend resolutions to pay inequities.
- Review new and revised position descriptions. Ensure that job descriptions are consistent with facility and corporate HR standards. Audit and evaluate job structure to ensure that wage and salary recommendations are equitable. Maintain and control job description records.
- Assess the need for salary survey information. Conduct market surveys and recommend appropriate salary levels for positions to support staffing and organizational objectives. Support staffing activities through job analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Audits the HRIS to ensure accuracy of data.
- Works on all ADP projects, works on system upgrades for other HR systems
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with all applicable policies, statutes and legislation.
- Maintain superior customer service to all internal and external customers. Establish trust with all constituents by being a resource that is dependable and provide useful counsel in solving problems.
- Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
- Three-year experience with HR business systems is highly preferred.
- Advance report writing and excel skills required.
- 5 years compensation or related experience required, including experience in HRIS, employee profiles, and processing wage increases in a union and non-union setting
- Experience in health care or multi-divisional health care system strongly preferred.
