What are the responsibilities and job description for the Climbing Course Facilitator position at Archdiocese of Baltimore?
We are looking for part-time Junior and Senior Facilitators to instruct participants in adventure activities. The successful candidate will be able to provide a calm presence and manage participants in real risk scenarios while working at height.
About the Position:
- This position requires applicants to be comfortable working outdoors and at great heights
- The ability to guide participants through discussion before and during a challenge is essential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Comfortable with heights
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain certification in First Aid and CPR
