As an Early Elementary teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and helping them grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. You will also be responsible for managing the classroom effectively, ensuring a safe and disciplined learning environment. About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a strong educational background in Elementary Education or a related field. A current teaching license from the State of Michigan is mandatory. While Catechist Certification through the Archdiocese of Detroit is preferred, we encourage candidates who are willing to obtain it. We also require completion of Protecting God's Children training. Furthermore, having a record of fingerprints on file or being willing to get fingerprinted is essential. Lastly, a love for Jesus Christ and a commitment to assisting students in their spiritual journey is desired. An understanding of the Classical Liberal Arts approach to education would be beneficial.
