Executive Director, Mother Theodore Catholic Academies
The Mother Theodore Catholic Academies (MTCA) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Catholic school leader to serve as Executive Director. MTCA is a consortium of three Archdiocesan center-city Indianapolis Catholic schools: Central Catholic School, Holy Angels Catholic School and St. Philip Neri Catholic School. MTCA lives the mission of the Catholic Church by teaching, serving and forming students in the heart of Indianapolis. The Executive Director serves within the Office of Catholic Schools as the leader of MTCA in the areas of Mission and Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, Leadership and Governance, and Operational Vitality.
Applicants should be professed and practicing Catholics with a deep commitment to serving students, families, and educators in urban Catholic schools. Applicants should believe in the importance of Catholic education as a tool for fostering human dignity and building a better society through the holistic development of students. This Executive Director position requires a master's degree in education or related field and at least five years of educational experience, preferably involving school leadership and preferably in urban Catholic education. Candidates should also have experience in development and/or marketing efforts and be both proponents and role models of lifelong learning
