Job Title: Parish Secretary
Job Status: Permanent / Full Time
Personal Qualifications:
- High school diploma, preferably 2 years prior experience in office administration.
- A practicing Catholic who has an understanding and embrace of the Catholic Faith.
- Has excellent professional communication skills.
- Works independently and completes tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Interacts well in a small team with other staff and volunteers.
- Prompt and dependable.
Professional Qualifications:
- Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with Microsoft Publisher.
- Google suite, mail tools and parish data systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, administrative and typing skills.
- There is occasional light lifting.
Schedule: Full Time
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
