4 / 23 / 20125 Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is seeking a full time Lead Preschool lead teacher for a maternity leave from May 1, 2025 - June 17, 2025. The position will begin in late April to plan and collaborate with the current teacher. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to join our team of exceptional educators. Located in Vancouver in southwestern WA, our school currently serves over 280 students in preschool through 8th grade. The preschool program consists of two classes of three- and four- year old students, attending three or five days per week. This program is licensed by the State of Washington. JOB DESCRIPTION : The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and providing daily classroom instruction for the preschool class. The Lead Preschool Teacher will promote all aspects of early childhood development (social-emotional, fine motor, gross motor, cognitive, language, literacy, mathematics, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Valid Washington State teacher certificate or ability to obtain preferred
- STARS Certification required
- Successful preschool teaching experience
- Demonstrated successful classroom management skills and use of instructional strategies with diverse student populations
- Experience incorporating technology into lessons
- Maintain Washington State Department of Early Learning licensing requirements
- Practicing Catholic preferred
- CPR Certification (Preferred)

Salary : $35,500 - $41,000 per year, prorated for the length of the assignment. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
This position is not benefits eligible.
