What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at Arche?
The Technical Project Manager will support senior level management with high level exposure through meeting and briefings. The ideal Candidate for the role will have solid technical specialist expertise in IT infrastructure management, Audio / Visual engineering, digital media integration, unified communications and project management to define technology requirements, recommend and implement upgrades, and support current operations on an ongoing basis. If the Candidate does not have audio / visual experience, entertainment, gaming or technology experience will be considered.
CORE JOB RESONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning : Identify new IT infrastructure, Audio / Visual and digital media requirements to enhance the end users experience. Project manage installation, integration, and perform maintenance on existing technology.
- Presentation Development / Delivery : Presentation staging & production. Audio visual & technical support for presentation delivery systems. Monitor briefings to ensure successful execution.
- Demonstration support : Partner with product groups and R&D to identify, implement, manage and maintain up-to-date demonstrations for the business units. Document the installation and operational aspects of new technology demonstrations. Troubleshoot any technical problems during installation.
- General hardware / software support : Maintains center hardware and software and is responsible for ordering, placement, installation and repair of office equipment (LAN, PCs, printers, faxes, and copiers). Maintain equipment inventory and passwords. Provide technical training and support for business units, as well as visitors.
