About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Team Member to join our team in Bluffton, IN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the bagging line, recording product codes and lot numbers, operating forklifts, driving trucks, and ensuring efficient stacking and loading of products.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the bagging line, ensuring high-quality production and meeting productivity standards
- Record product codes and lot numbers accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, drive trucks, and other equipment on property safely and effectively
- Stack bags efficiently and safely, minimizing waste and damage
Requirements
- A commitment to ADM's zero injury culture and adherence to company safety procedures
- Consistent, prompt attendance and a positive attitude
- The ability to meet physical demands of the position, including standing, sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 55 lbs. unassisted
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
