What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Lead (ServiceNow) position at Archer Daniels Midland?
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design and implementation.
- Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience
- Experience managing technical teams in complex, dynamic environments; collaborating with and managing teams across multiple projects
- Strong business analyst experience as a key contributor and/or project lead
- Effectively use teamwork to positively contribute in high performing, results driven, and collaborative team environment
- Experience in developing test cases, participation in the testing of software systems (including requirement validation/traceability), leading UAT sessions
- Familiarity with utilizing Azure DevOps to deliver projects work items via the Agile framework
- Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented
- Estimation of work efforts is done as a Scrum team and we are only utilizing Scrum boards now.
