Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Career Coach & Workforce Coordinator. The role entails providing job coaching, career counseling, aiding in career development, and coordinating experiential learning experiences. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with young individuals to offer tailored guidance, organizing workshops and training sessions, collaborating with partner schools and organizations, and tracking the progress and outcomes of participants.

- Knowledge of career readiness and employability skills training
