Position Overview:

You will work closely with our executive team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, drive brand awareness, and cultivate strong customer relationships. This is a strategic role that requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, websites, and social media content.
• Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maximize brand exposure.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Manage a marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, including trends, challenges, and target market segments.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
