Position Summary
Power’s Brand team is a full-service, in-house marketing and communications team that is fresh, fast-paced, and innovative, working within the nation’s largest home remodeler to effectively tell the company’s story. We are seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics and CRM to join our team.
The Director of Marketing Analytics and CRM will drive the vision for analytics and CRM for the business. They will be responsible for expanding new reporting capabilities short term (Web and Marketing Analytics) while building a foundation for advanced analytics capabilities long term related to media and customer measurement (Media Mix Modeling, Consumer Insights). The Director of Marketing Analytics and CRM will also be a key business stakeholder responsible for designing future state functionality for new marketing communication tools and database marketing (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience at established brands with a specific background in CRM, Digital Analytics, and e-commerce. This person should be passionate about finding areas of opportunity to drive business growth and unlock potential. They are highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a true leader who has the ability to inspire teammates above and below them. This role will be responsible for identifying and building out team needs, and works closely with the Vice President of Brand Marketing, as well as the sales, revenue and business technology teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel life cycle marketing strategy using new and existing tools (Email, SMS, App)
- Build out customer communication (Email, SMS) strategy and in-house technology platform to enable execution
- Develop customer segmentation strategy for marketing and customer based reporting
- Responsible for marketing analytics, developing framework for marketing channel and web site reporting
- Responsible for marketing and website data health, including accuracy of data across platforms and the website
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to develop technology, analytics, and campaign capabilities
- Monitor and track consumer behavior, competitive, and market trends to drive new features and work closely with all customer-facing teams to develop innovative solutions and ideas.
- Manage, mentor and continue to build a team who will help execute on all of the above with commitment to excellence and customer service.
- You are a customer-centric, data-driven marketing strategist with an eye for flawless execution.
- You are a test-and-learn analytical leader who leans into quantitative measurements to make decisions.
- You have a proven track record of using data to driving customer strategy, sales and increasing business performance.
- You have a strong commitment to clear and concise communications with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- You are also an entrepreneurial leader who is comfortable operating in a scrappy, hands-on manner as part of a team standing up an e-commerce side of the business that is in its infancy.
- 10 years of experience in CRM or Analytics leadership role at established retail or Ecommerce brands
- B2C experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc); CDP experience a major plus
- Significant experience with Google Analytics and other web tracking platforms; Experience with advanced marketing analytics (Media Mix Modeling, etc) a major plus

Work Environment
- The Director of Marketing Analytics and CRM works in a hybrid office environment. Some travel may be required.
