Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Manger of tax and financial reporting and compliance to lead the tax and finance local reporting and filing in non-US regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, reporting, and filing of non-US indirect and direct tax and financial reports. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leading transformation and driving change.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US indirect tax.
• Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US direct tax.
• Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US financials.
• Oversee the periodical calculations and reporting of Transfer Pricing.
• Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of transfer pricing packages.
• Liaise with the external auditors of non-US audits.
• Lead and manage non-US reporting projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of all projects.
• Develop and implement reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
