Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Bend, Oregon.
This role will offer a hybrid remote / in-person work arrangement, providing flexibility and collaboration.
Reporting initially to the CEO, you will be responsible for engaging with our valued clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in customer retention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
