What You'll Do
- Design Aircraft Electric Engine components like plastic housings, sheet metal brackets,
insulation systems, high voltage connectors, fasteners, structural supports, heat
exchangers, etc.
engineers to optimize your design for overall vehicle performance.
isolation, HV interconnects, shock and vibration survival, environmental sealing,
electromagnetic interference, etc.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, or any
related occupation or job title in which 4 years of mechanical design experience, including designing
components for electronic assemblies lie power supplies, converters, drive inverters, and chargers was
gained.
ALTERNATE EDUCATION REQUIREMENT : Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, or any
related occupation or job title in which 2 years of mechanical design experience, including designing
components for electronic assemblies lie power supplies, converters, drive inverters, and chargers was
gained.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Must have analytical skills in structural analysis, thermals, heat transfer, and
materials.
