Job overview

We are hiring a talented Valet Supervisor professional to lead our team. A Valet Supervisor greets guests upon their arrival and provides customer service by parking and retrieving their vehicle. Additionally, he will assist in overseeing fellow valet attendants to ensure a superior guest experience at all times.

Your day-to-day

Responsible for recruiting, training and developing staff.

Completing company reports

Responsible for reporting and investigating claims

Assist with scheduling and ensure all shifts are appropriately covered.

Greet and welcome guest to the establishment and offer professional valet services.

Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.

Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.

Ensure the valets are staged to maximize the guest experience.

Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.

Conduct key audit with the Valet team at the end of each shift.

Conduct safety checks on parked vehicles.

Maintains the cleanliness of the front of the hotel.

Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.

Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the hotels standards as required by scheduling, which varies according to hotel needs.

Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions.

Assist in any other task or duties as requested by management.

Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Capable of standing for an entire shift or for an extended amount of time.

Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling.

Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential.

Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.

Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.

Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
