We are looking to add a qualified Customer Service Representative to our team.
Job Summary
A Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Archetype works with multiple teams receiving and processing orders with our repeat clients. A CSR will also work with our estimating, design and production teams within the reorder process through quoting, design, production release, shipping, permitting and installation. CSRs work with a variety of types of clients and are required to quickly become familiar with the requirements to move their orders through in a streamlined fashion.
The ideal candidate for this position is curious and not only asks what, but why and how to get a better understanding of project requirements and our capabilities. This person is also well organized, able to multitask, has attention to detail and the ability to identify where help is needed to jump in and help other team members.
CSRs are driven to step into the role of becoming a project manager in their career path here. CSRs often have smaller projects outside of reorders to move through our system as they grow further in the training process. We will train the right candidate to grow in this role.
Typical Project Coordinator Duties:

Order entry

Research of previous orders and drawings

Work with clients and salespeople to obtain order information for reorder work

Regularly update the salesperson of project status

Organization and properly saving or reorganizing project documentation

Request and understand drawings
-
Request and understand pricing
-
Conduct regular checks of project status
-
Collaborate with all departments to bring projects through from time of order, to delivery

Work with various jurisdictions to obtain code checks, permits, and underground locates

Review floor plans to determine quantities and sign types – takeoffs
-
Manage both local and national installers and the information needed for success on small projects

Review quality as needed prior to shipment

Work with the accounting team and submit invoice requests

Work with salespeople and project managers to learn project requirements
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service environment

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced, changing environment

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Accountability and strong time management

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of computer programs and software

Able to stay calm and focused when hurdles arise during project lifecycle

Experience with previous ERP systems and Asana is a plus
