Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and monitor scheduling, workflow, and client service deadlines
- Leadership schedule and calendar management
- Interacting and being a key point of communication with clients and internal professionals
- Act as a central knowledge base for the department
- Manage client project and deliverable deadlines
- Maintain resource materials – software, products offered, invoicing, etc.
- Assist in process improvements, initiatives, and implementation

- Project management experience
- Major in Business, Accounting, or Finance or relevant accounting experience
