Position Overview :
We are looking for a Project Architect with 10 years of experience in multifamily housing to lead projects from concept through construction. This role offers a unique chance to grow with our firm and potentially become a partner in the future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Develop and present design concepts for multifamily, senior housing, and historic renovation projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide cost estimates and construction timelines.
- Manage staff in design development and construction documentation.
- Oversee communication with clients, contractors, and permitting agencies.
- Guide projects through all phases, from design to construction administration.
