KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Projects: Manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise architects, designers, and interns to build a high-performing team.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary client liaison; build long-term relationships through responsive communication and thoughtful leadership.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Track project profitability; identify risks and resolve challenges proactively.
- Technical Oversight: Review and guide design deliverables for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Lead post-project close-out reviews to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Pay: $82,131.00 - $87,942.00 per year
