KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead Projects: Manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
· Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise architects, designers, and interns to build a high-performing team.
· Client Engagement: Act as the primary client liaison; build long-term relationships through responsive communication and thoughtful leadership.
· Budget & Schedule Management: Track project profitability; identify risks and resolve challenges proactively.
· Technical Oversight: Review and guide design deliverables for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
· Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants for integrated project delivery.
· Process Improvement: Lead post-project close-out reviews to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
· Support BD Efforts: Assist with proposals, scope development, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.
· Licensed Architect (preferred) or in advanced stages of licensure.
· 6 years of experience managing architectural projects.
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
· Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
· Experience in entertainment, industrial, grocery, or commercial sectors is a plus.

Salary : $95,831 - $115,000
