As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project success by meeting quality, budget, and schedule expectations. You’ll play a key role in guiding teams through best practices, fostering collaboration, and driving results from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish project goals and ensure alignment across the team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance within your area of expertise, supporting team members' professional growth.
- Oversee QA/QC milestones, coordinate team efforts, and maintain compliance with project standards.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to achieve profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring project success.
- Participate in proposal development and contract negotiations to define scope, budget, and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional registration in your discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience managing AE (architecture/engineering) projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field, business administration, or project management.
- CSI-CDT certification.
- PSMJ/PMI certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Deltek Vision.
