KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Leadership: Lead design development and documentation; maintain design integrity while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with PMs to manage project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.
- Technical Execution: Develop and oversee construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD; ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and communicate design intent and progress effectively.
- Construction Administration: Support during CA phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,449.73 - $101,702.91 per year
