Description
As a Strategic Senior Project Manager at N-RG Cladding, you will be pivotal in leading and managing complex cladding projects from inception to completion. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. In addition to managing day-to-day project activities, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage multiple cladding projects concurrently, overseeing all phases from planning and design to procurement, construction, and commissioning.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
3. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes.
4. Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with projects, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
5. Monitor project progress, performance, and quality metrics regularly, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize client satisfaction.
7. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of projects and services.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to cladding and construction management, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation.
10. Represent N-RG Cladding at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and actively participate in business development activities to promote our brand and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale cladding projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Project Management (Autodesk Build), Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
