Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and catering to a large current customer base. Sales are achieved by simply offering our customers the products and service they need to complete their building project. We achieve this by becoming a "Product Resource" for the local contractors and architects.
Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and architects by providing them with product information, samples, and effectively promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a strong understanding of B2B dynamics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development within the state of Iowa.
- Establish relationships with Iowa's architectural community and become a resource for product knowledge. Provide samples and information on product options to architects and developers.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Effectively manage territory by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Establish product pricing and produce on time job quotes.

Skills
