Job Description

Archon Protection, Inc., is looking to immediately hire a Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for job postings, sourcing and attracting talent, high volume interviewing, job offer and negotiation, and onboarding. An ideal candidate possesses a keen eye and the skills required for identifying correct candidates for placement at various regulated hourly positions.

Responsibilities

Subject to change and are not limited or guaranteed to include the following :

Post job opening and source potential candidates through online channels. (Hiring websites, social media platforms, and professional networks)
Schedule and conduct high volume interviews on a weekly basis
Extend offers and process new employees through the onboarding process
Communicate with candidates and internal team during the selection process
Collaborate with Human Resources and Administration staff to ensure quality of candidates and staffing requirements
Assign and participate in training with prospective employees

This role requires a high skill level in organization, customer service, self-motivation, time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to company success.

Extensive training will be provided by company management.

Local candidates only.

Basic Requirements

Be at least 18 years old (BPC Section 7582.8)

Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

May be required to possess or willing to obtain a valid California Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Click Here to inquire about obtaining your Guard Card and LiveScan fingerprints.

Undergo a criminal history background check through the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) (BPC Sections 7581 and 7583.9)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Must be physically fit able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

Good judgement and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and appearance.

Reliable and punctual.

Good driving record and active driver’s license is required. Driving between multiple offices is required.

Position Requirements

Two years of recruiting experience

Experience working with entry level hourly population, preferably within regulated or specialized industries required.

Additional experience within the private security industry, social media management, leadership roles, project management, forecasting and strategy will be highly considered.

Experience working with ATS systems

Available to work Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm. Overtime when required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Advanced interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking, customer service, time management and self-motivation skills.

Ability to handle stressful, urgent, diverse, situations calmly and reasonably.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type at least 45 WPM.

Integrity and professionalism

Typing test will be administered during the interview. A minimum of 45 WPM is required.
