Archon Resources is currently looking for an IT Support Lead to join one of our clients located in Broken Arrow, OK.
Skills Required: Technical support lead, Active Directory, Azure/Cloud/O365, MS Office, MS HyperV, server admin experience, network admin experience
What you will be doing: This job is 70% handling escalated tickets and end-user troubleshooting, the other 30% is scheduling resources and planning the team technicians. Will require handling tickets after work and possibly weekends. 3 years or more experience will be needed. This person will be customer facing - great communication skills are necessary.
