Tank Wash Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tank Wash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with knowledge of working in industrial applications with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and equipment, providing high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• The successful tank wash technician must be dependable and is responsible for performing all aspects of the internal and external cleaning of the tank trailer and associated components (hoses and pumps). Emphasis will be placed on external tank pressure washing to provide superior customer service during semi-automated internal tank wash. Duties include proper disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of tank internal and external components and pumps, and post-cleaning trailer inspection. Individuals must be able to work in tight confined spaces, climb up and down ladders frequently, walk across narrow bridges, and lift equipment up to 75 pounds while utilizing necessary safety protocols. Proper safety precautions including use of PPP must be adhered to in all aspects of the job. Tank Wash cleanliness will be mandated as a component of safety-based culture. Individuals must be able to read and comprehend for the purpose of interpreting SDS documents. The successful employee must be able to work overtime as needed and perform occasional weekend work. As part of Archview Tank Wash emphasis on safety, individuals must be able to pass a drug screen and agility physical fitness test.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in the technical field.
• Previous experience in a technician role or related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
