This full-time position involves performing visual inspections of aviation tanks and equipment, including pulling fuel samples and checking fuel quality. You will replace parts as needed (fuel filters, hoses, nozzles, tank gauges, etc.) and complete required forms. Travel is required, and you will be working in several different states, typically leaving on Monday and returning on Thursday. Each inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours, and you will be visiting multiple locations in several states.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to make quick, accurate decisions and maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal and external customers and staff
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Experience with petroleum equipment is preferred but not required
Willingness to travel out of town Monday through Thursday and work overtime as needed
Legible handwriting
Driver's License (Required)
10-hour shift, Monday to Thursday, Overtime, Weekend availability
