Hospitalist Physician Opportunity in Minnesota
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team at a Health System in New Prague, MN.
About the Role
This physician will provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service. The ideal candidate will be a part of a physician-led organization committed to high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 coverage as part of a regional team of Hospitalists
- Lead comprehensive care teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Prioritize efficient workflows and streamlining hospital operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
Requirements
- M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent required
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical license necessary
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with sufficient inpatient experience
Practice Details
Our Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a Transitional Care Unit in New Prague, MN.
The following schedule options are available:
- Seven days on, seven days off with other work day patterns considered
- 12-hour workdays with onsite expectations during your shift
