A Hospitalist position is available in Minnesota, located in St. James.
Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive care to patients referred to the service from admission to discharge.
- Work as part of a physician-led organization committed to high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care to all patients admitted to our Critical Access Hospital and Transitional Care Unit.
- Support critical care needs, including resuscitations and trauma cases in the ED.
- Collaborate with a regional team of Hospitalists for 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Must be eligible for a Minnesota medical license.
- Familiarity with ACGME-accredited programs and hospital settings.
Schedule
- Seven days on, seven days off schedule with flexibility for other workday patterns.
- 12-hour shifts with on-site expectations during working hours.
- 161 shifts required annually, with opportunities for additional shifts at other hospitals within our system.
