Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forman to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Train and mentor team members in proper techniques and safety practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the construction site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including flat roofing/tpo/sbs
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in construction.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions typical of outdoor construction sites.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
