The Marketing Manager will be a key player in executing high-impact sale and marketing initiatives across multiple clients and internal Archway projects. This role requires a versatile marketer who can handle a high volume of work and who has a bias toward execution. The ideal candidate will manage cross-channel initiatives—from research and presentation development to crafting compelling content, overseeing social media efforts, and managing projects with third-party vendors like graphic designers, videographers, and web developers.
As a client-facing representative, this individual must possess strong communication skills and the ability to uphold the Archway brand in all interactions. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for someone eager to take ownership of projects, push creative boundaries, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine research decks, ensuring thorough discovery and uncovering strategic insights for Archway clients.
- Write and edit copy for a variety of channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Manage and execute social media strategies, ensuring consistent engagement and brand alignment.
- Assist with basic graphic design work for presentations, marketing assets, and digital content.
- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and send timely recap emails to clients.
- Manage internal projects within Microsoft Planner, ensuring visibility into next steps and blockers.
- Project manage third-party vendors, including outsourced graphic designers videographers, and web developers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Represent Archway Strategy and Consulting in client interactions, maintaining professionalism and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messaging
- Proficiency in social media management and content planning/development
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (PPT, Teams, Planner)
- Experience in research and presentation development
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to take notes, manage tasks, and follow up on action items
- Strong proofreading skills to support review of all decks and collateral created for Archway clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

- Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills
- This is a full-time, contract role.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
