As we expand, we are looking for a highly driven, data-savvy, and results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our combined sales and marketing efforts, driving enrollment growth and industry partnerships.
Job Summary
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for strategically aligning sales and marketing initiatives to increase student enrollment, strengthen industry relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a high achiever with a strong marketing background, excellent sales expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills. The ideal candidate understands how to leverage analytics, digital marketing, CRM systems, and targeted outreach strategies to optimize enrollment and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrollment Growth
• Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to increase student enrollment across all Arclabs locations.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on both high school and adult recruitment.
• Strengthen relationships with industry partners to align our training programs with hiring needs and create job pipelines for graduates.
• Use data analytics and CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and optimize the enrollment funnel.
Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, traditional advertising) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create compelling content strategies that showcase student success, industry partnerships, and the value of Arclabs training programs.
• Leverage SEO, exhibit events , social media , career fairs, AI Tools , large public data lists, and digital marketing analytics to ensure high ROI on advertising spend.
• Build strategic partnerships with schools, businesses, and trade organizations to expand Arclabs’ reach.
Impact Arclabs future by supporting the addition of other trades that will excelerate growth in demand-skills training beyond welding .
Data & Performance Analysis
• Implement a data-driven approach to sales and marketing decision-making, using analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales reps, marketing campaigns, and enrollment targets.
• Drive the use of CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing to enhance efficiency and results.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead a unified sales and marketing team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Work closely with operations, admissions, and industry partners to align marketing and sales efforts with business objectives.
• Develop training programs and coaching sessions to elevate the skills of the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record in high-level sales leadership, preferably in education, workforce development, or trade schools.
• Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and data analytics.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a high-achieving team.
• Experience working with B2C and B2B sales strategies (student recruitment & industry partnerships).
• Passion for education, workforce development, and technical training.
