Position: Field Installation Tech
Pay Scale: $30/hr - $38/hr depending on experience

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good attention to detail for the position of Field Installation Tech.
Technician will be trained and responsible for adhering to a project schedule, ensuring that all components are properly fitted, aligned, and welded, and ensuring that safety standards are always met, among other duties. This is a position and opportunity with room to grow inside the company! Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 Days!

Job Responsibilities:
 Perform GMAW, GTAW, SMAW welding
 Reading and ability to learn and understand blueprints for piping, structural steel, and industrial equipment
 Taking part in leadership meetings
 Field Layout & Verifying Dimensions and Specifications
 Ensuring that all the required parts for project are present
 Ability to effectively mark layout lines
 Good leadership skills, productively working amongst a crew
 Ensuring that quality control standards are met
 Adhering to a project schedule
 Troubleshooting and thinking outside the box
 Reporting discrepancies
 Adhering to all safety standards!

Requirements:
 Some Computer Skills
 Attention to detail
 Good organizational skills
 Physical stamina
 Ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Lansing, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
