- Support the implementation, integration, and enhancement of Procore, ERP (Vista by Viewpoint preferred), and other construction-related applications
- Assist with the development and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides to implement training with the Construction Operations team (i.e. Superintendents, Project Managers, Coordinators, Senior Leaders)
- Partner with other ARCO Technology teams to identify, develop, and deliver technology solutions that enhance construction processes
- Proactively research system advancements in construction, develop and maintain relationships with SaaS vendors, prepare and develop Standard Operating Procedures and drive their development and implementation
- Collaborate with Accounting, Safety, Legal, and Construction Operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
- Use an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency, while ensuring a structured approach to system maintenance and management
- Professional experience in information systems, business, and/or construction
- At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis, system implementation and application support in construction, or related industry. Open to experience levels
- Confident and effective communicator able to build/foster relationships cross departmentally (i.e. Safety, Legal, and Accounting), including leadership
- Anticipate needs, organize priorities, and execute solutions effectively
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex process procedures adapted for a technical or non-technical audience across all levels of the organization
