A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Independently provide high-quality administrative support to CHRO and serve as a resource for the CHRO’s direct reports and the HR department
- Provide extensive calendar, meeting, and expense management, anticipating needs and proactively and effectively managing time
- Partner closely with executive assistants and others across the organization to plan and execute meetings and events
- Manage team travel logistics including preparing itineraries and arranging hotels, flights, and ground transportation
- Act as a communication liaison, problem-solver, and facilitator between internal departments and executives
- Read, write, and prepare professional correspondence and presentations, conduct research, interpret data, and proofread documents
- Assist in the completion of high-level reports, team communication, documentation, and presentations including expense reports in Concur
- Create and maintain various databases, reports, and records, as well as produce, verify, and analyze data
- Share office/facilities management responsibility with other administrative professionals in the office
- Attend key meetings to take minutes and track completion of action items
- Independently run ad hoc special projects and provide other support as needed
- Manage day-to-day workflows while maintaining a work environment that enables success
- Build strong relationships and proactively collaborate with others
- Create streamlined processes and utilize automated systems to simplify tasks, periodically reviewing activities and implementing process improvements
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and judgement
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15 years of EA experience supporting a busy C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within an HR environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- High levels of business acumen and natural curiosity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of friendliness and firmness
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint; knowledge of video applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom), and Concur expense reporting a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to present information professionally and proofread documents for spelling and grammar
- Impeccable customer service skills and the desire to create “Raving Fans”
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities and under tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-starter with an outstanding work ethic
- Ability to manage different personalities and interface with individuals at all levels
