- Process new hires: communicate new hire information with internal teams, launch onboarding documents to new hire, and enter into HRIS system.
- Manage new hire I-9/E-Verify process.
- Enter job change information onto associate records in HRIS system.
- Process separations: communicate information with internal teams and enter separation information into HRIS system.
- Process various benefits requests including scholarship requests, tuition pre-approval and reimbursement, charitable contribution matching, and sabbatical program eligibility, approval, and reimbursement.
- Assist with data audits related to HRIS and ATS systems.
- Run background checks and administer pre-employment testing with candidates. Process related vendor billing.
- Provide support for PTO plan administration.
- Provide support to the recruiting team related to the ATS and work with vendor on support requests.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative functions, HR administration preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain flexible to meet processing deadlines.
- Proven ability to demonstrate accuracy, organization, and work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Have excellent communication skills.
