We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our drywall division in Chicago, IL. From day one, you will be given full project management responsibilities primarily supporting Commercial Multifamily projects.

- Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of a full project lifecycle
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, estimates, and bid proposals
- Manage procurement of subcontracted labor and material purchases
- Obtain, process, and distribute material data information and submittals
- Estimate and submit Change Orders for additional scope items
- Manage internal cost reporting
- Assist in Pay Application preparation and review of subcontractor/vendor invoices
- 5-10 years of experience working for a commercial sub-contractor or general contractor is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze, think critically, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated competency in effective negotiation and conflict resolution
- Flexibility to travel to client sites nationwide as needed required
