Overview Project Manager/Estimator (Drywall/Paint)

We are a growing company seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee drywall and/or paint operations for larger new construction apartment buildings and hotel projects. The ideal candidate must be fluent in reading prints and have the ability to effectively direct crews to meet project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and estimate drywall and/or paint scopes for new construction projects, including apartment buildings and hotels
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Direct and supervise crews, ensuring tasks are completed according to plans and on schedule
• Provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project flow

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and estimating drywall and/or paint for new construction projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Leadership and communication skills to direct and motivate teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
