What You’ll Do:
Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, mini-excavators, and skid steers to perform digging, grading, and compacting of earth, gravel, sand, and stone.
Dig and excavate in areas around utilities, traffic zones, tight spaces, and near buildings while maintaining strict safety and compliance.
Ensure safe and efficient excavation for a variety of construction projects, including sewer and infrastructure repairs.
Work in deep trenches, utilizing shoring equipment where needed.
Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it's in top working condition.
Review and interpret construction plans, measurements, and blueprints as needed to perform tasks accurately.
What You Bring:
5 years of experience in excavation, plumbing, or construction is preferred.
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including mini excavators, backhoes, and skid steers.
A strong work ethic and team-player mentality.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is preferred).
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Experience with trenchless technology or sewer repairs is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in plumbing or sewer repairs is a great advantage.
Familiarity with trenchless sewer repair technology.
Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and measurements.
