We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting for our Chandler, AZ office.

What you will do:
- Preparation of monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
- Strong system skills (Preferably Oracle/Netsuite) & proven business process improvement skills.
- Preparation of monthly journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues.
- Possesses a positive work ethic & a drive to participate as a member of the Accounting/Finance team.
- Assist in the Budgeting/Forecasting & Month End Reporting process.
- Monthly account analysis to explain actual/budgeted/forecasted variances.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of Senior level Accounting experience.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills & the ability to multi-task.
- Strong knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power BI is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude, flexible to adapt to changing needs/priorities.
