Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an HR Administrator for our Arlington, Texas office. In this role you will support the Arcosa Aggregates regions with a wide range of HR Administrative duties.
Day To Day
- Maintain and process electronic personnel records and any other records related to general employment activities. Communicate personnel policies and employee benefits.
- Process personnel status changes, including address and name changes, terminations. Ensure accurate, timely transmittal of information to proper departments.
- Assist employees at all levels when enrolling or making changes in their company benefits programs.
- Execute all weekly and bi-weekly payroll functions to include researching missed pay data prior to payroll close date and transmitting accurate and timely information to corporate Payroll and/or HR.
- Process Quarterly Production Incentive (QPI) bonus for eligible employees.
- Provide general office support for other administrative areas as assigned (accounting, office, production planning support).
- Help plan and deliver employee recognition events.
- Provide general support to employees by answering HR-related questions. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee development activities. Track employee participation and maintain training records.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual - Spanish candidate strongly preferred.
- Considerable knowledge of general office procedures and personnel reporting, record processing and maintenance. Ability to handle confidential personnel information discreetly and maintain accurate complete and current records.
- Organized, self-driven with excellent time management skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with UltiPro software is preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resources Role
- At least 2-to-3-year experience in office management environment preferred.
