Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize maintenance operations across multiple wind tower manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance teams, ensure the reliability of critical manufacturing equipment, and drive strategies for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

What you'll do:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance teams across assigned facilities.
- Ensure consistent training and adherence to best practices in equipment maintenance and safety.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Maintenance Operations:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in manufacturing systems.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, industry standards, and company policies.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals.
- Analyze data from maintenance activities to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive cost reductions.
- Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Promote a culture of proactive safety awareness and reporting.
Resource Management:
- Oversee budgets for maintenance operations, including parts, labor, and contractor services.
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and maintain inventory controls.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; or equivalent experience considered.
- 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in wind tower, steel fabrication, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position

This position involves frequent travel to manufacturing sites within the assigned region.
- Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds which operate 3 shifts and frequent weekend shifts
- This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
- Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
